e-BOOK DESIGN with TECHNICAL SET-UP

$25 per hour, $150 minimum

Affix designs and submits your final manuscript file for publication to an online digital book platform. The technical set-up is formatting of the writer's text file and is required by e-book platforms. e-Book page designs may include the following: book title, dedication, publisher information and copyright, prologue, table of contents, chapter title, body text, epilogue, author’s notes, bio, and photo, advertising, author’s other book titles, and teaser excerpt.

    One icon to appear on the chapter title pages and one author photo placement is included in the $150. minimum. Cover design and full image pages are charged at the Affix graphic design rate of $120 per hour. Placement of a third-party book cover design will be charged at the e-book rate of $25 per hour. Not all digital book platforms have the same mechanical design requirements, so if you plan to publish the same book on more than one platform, let us know in advance and we will work with you to achieve the best pricing for your goals.
